Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Moananuiākea website and your studio membership. By creating an account, enrolling a dancer, or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you are enrolling family members, you confirm you have the authority to agree on their behalf.

Membership is billed monthly, per dancer, at the rates shown at enrollment. Where charged, a one-time registration fee applies for each dancer when they first enroll. Payments are processed securely by Square; we never see or store your card number.

Your card is charged automatically each billing cycle until you cancel. If a payment fails, we will notify you and retry; membership may be suspended until payment is brought current.

You may cancel or pause a dancer's membership at any time by contacting the studio. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Monthly fees already charged are not refunded.

Dance is a physical activity and carries a risk of injury. By accepting the liability waiver at signup, you acknowledge these risks and agree that participation — for yourself and any family members you enroll — is voluntary and at your own risk. You agree to disclose relevant health conditions to instructors and to follow studio safety guidance.

Class schedules, events, and instructors may change. We expect all dancers and guests to treat the studio, its teachers, and each other with respect; the studio may decline or end membership for conduct that endangers or disrupts others.

Classes, events, and performances may be photographed or recorded, and images may appear on this website or the studio's social media. If you prefer that you or your dancer not appear in published photos, tell us in writing and we will honor it.

Merchandise purchases are processed by Square at the prices shown. Items are made or ordered in batches; exchanges are available for sizing issues on unworn items.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You may not use this site to send spam, attempt to access other members' information, or interfere with the site's operation.

We collect only what the studio needs to operate: your name, email, dancer names and birthdates, and billing status. Card details go directly to Square and never touch our servers. We send transactional email about your account and billing, and marketing email only if you opt in (every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link). We do not sell or share member information.

The studio may update these terms as programs and pricing evolve. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date; continued membership after a change means you accept the updated terms.
